Flexible Delivery in Higher Education: What Works, What Gets Complicated and What to Consider

Rolling starts, multiple entry points and modular delivery can make higher education more accessible and responsive.

They can also make it considerably more complicated.

Adding flexibility affects more than admissions. It can change how courses are structured in SITS, how enrolment data reaches Moodle or Blackboard, how academic teams manage prerequisites and how institutions support students joining at different stages.
